This policy covers orders accepted through our store and destinations made available during checkout.

Order preparation and transit

We generally prepare confirmed orders within 1?? business days. Weekends, holidays, payment review, address verification, or exceptional volume can extend preparation.

After dispatch, the estimated carrier journey is 2?? business days. This timing is an estimate, not a guarantee, because weather, network interruptions, access conditions, and other events remain outside our control.

Rates, addresses, and tracking

Free shipping applies only when a free option appears at checkout. The checkout controls the available rate, destination, and any restriction.

Customers must submit a complete recipient name, accurate delivery address, access instructions, email, and phone. Changes may be impossible after dispatch, and avoidable re-delivery costs may remain the customer responsibility.

Tracking details are sent when available. A label may exist before the carrier first scan becomes visible.

Delivery concerns

Please contact us promptly for a material delay, suspected loss, a shipment marked delivered but missing, visible transit damage, or a destination restriction. Keep packaging and provide clear photographs or video for damaged parcels. We will review the order and carrier evidence, although external carrier decisions can limit the available remedy.
