Refund Policy

We review requests only when a delivered item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially inconsistent with its product description. A change of mind alone does not qualify.

Thirty-day request period

Send the request within 30 days after delivery. Include the order reference, the email used for purchase, a clear explanation, and photographs or video showing the problem.

Retain the item, packaging, labels, parts, and accessories during review. Do not mail anything back until we issue written return instructions.

Assessment and resolution

We may ask for additional images, product details, or reasonable troubleshooting information. When a claim is approved, the resolution may be a replacement, a refund to the original payment method, or another remedy required by applicable law.

Unauthorized returns, ordinary wear, misuse, damage occurring after delivery, or failure to follow product directions are not eligible unless the law requires otherwise. Payment providers determine when an approved refund posts.
